Control will focus on nailing the fundamentals, targeting all major muscle groups while you challenge your mind and body. This class is suitable for all levels and pregnancy friendly.

Strength will incorporate a variety of equipment to challenge your whole body’s muscular endurance and flexibility. This class is aimed towards an intermediate to advanced level, and suitable for pregnant women up to 20 weeks.

Jump is the perfect combination of strength and cardio. You’ll get your heart rate up while feeling the burn and waking up muscles you didn’t know existed. This class can be suitable for all levels, but not recommended for pregnancy.

Flow is a lower intensity class focusing on muscle length, core stability and postural awareness. Of course, there will still be that Pilates burn in here to tone and condition your whole body. Suitable for all levels and pregnancy friendly.

This class is designed for new Mums to help support their recovery and busy life. While you’re working on regaining your strength and realigning your body after its amazing feat, your baby can enjoy tummy time or a nap on a blanket by your side. Bubs up to 12 months of age please.

It's in the name! 30 minutes of powerful Reformer. This class is not for the faint hearted, this is an advanced level reformer class that will challenge your cardio fitness, physical and mental strength. Expect a fast paced, athletic Reformer class with high intensity intervals for Pilates lovers who like to work hard, using a variety of props to keep you engaged & energised.
