1. Classes (conditions of participation)
Wear grip socks for safety and hygiene
To attend a class, you must reserve a space as there are a set number of spaces in each class. Bookings can be made online via our website or smart phone Glofox app, or by emailing the Studio.
Arrive 5 mins before or you won’t be admitted to the class

2. Class schedule
Class schedule can be found at https://www.olivestudiopilates.com/timetable
Class Schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
We are not liable in any way to provide you with a refund, credit, transfer or compensation of any kind for classes that are not held in accordance with the class schedule, including without limitation any classes that are changed or cancelled.
We reserve our right to change our opening hours at our Studios at any time, without notice to you. You will be notified of any permanent changes to our opening hours.
3. Membership
By registering to be a client of Olive studios you agree to our terms and conditions
Memberships have a minimum 12 weeks commitment
To cancel a membership you must contact administration via email hello@olivestudiopilates.com
4. Cancellation
Cancelling a class:
To cancel a booking, you must notify the Studio at least 5 hours prior to the commencement of the class, or the class credit will be taken.
Class bookings can be cancelled online by logging into your account and choosing to unreserve the class you wish to cancel, or by emailing your Studio.
If you DO NOT SHOW up to a class booking, Olive Studios reserves the right to charge a $10 fee to the card details on file.
Olive studios reserves the right to cancel your membership in accordance with the following:
Failure to make payment
If you behave in a manner that disturbs other clients, is abusive or aggressive to staff members or other clients or puts our clients or instructors at risk of injury.
If you fail to comply with the directions of your instructor or Olive Studios
5. Payment
Payment is to be made prior to undertaking any class with Olive Studios.
6. Gift Vouchers
Olive Studio may offer gift vouchers for sale. Gift vouchers may also, from time to time, be given away by our Studios for free or distributed as a reward, incentive, or as part of a marketing or promotional campaign.
Gift vouchers are limited to the current dollar value held on the voucher and are not redeemable for cash.
We bear no responsibility for loss or theft of Gift Vouchers. All Gift Vouchers have a strict expiry date. Unredeemed balances on Gift Vouchers are not refundable. Gift Vouchers may not be returned, resold or used for any unauthorised advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purpose.
7. Personal Belongings
Olive Studio is not responsible in any way for the safekeeping of your personal belongings that you bring into our Studios.
As such, we strongly recommend that you:
Refrain from bringing any valuable personal belongings into our Studios, such as mobile phones, jewellery, personal devices, wallets, bags and purses;
Bring only any personal belongings into our Studios which are absolutely necessary for you to possess for the duration of your visit; and
Store any personal belongings in the studio storage facilities provided for use for the duration of your visit.
8. Privacy Policy
Olive Studio is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website olivestudiopilates.com, from social media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.
Sensitive information will be used by us only:
For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.
Third Parties
Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances, we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Security of Personal Information

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
Olive Studio will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
